Capitalizing the upside potential of undeveloped oil and gas fields in Azerbaijan

We focus on capturing previously discovered but undeveloped international oil and gas fields with proven hydrocarbon reserves, which require further delineation or infrastructure, have current production or near-term production opportunities and frequently contain significant potential exploration upside. These fields are also commonly known as "greenfields".

With our 80% interest in the offshore block known as Bahar Gum Deniz (the “Bahar Project”) in Azerbaijan, we strive to create value by building the infrastructure necessary to increase and maintain production while maximizing operational efficiencies for both the Bahar Gas and Gum Deniz Oil Field.

In respect to the Bahar Project, we intend to continue materializing production increase opportunities from currently producing wells while further developing previously discovered proved undeveloped reserves. Our comprehensive plan for the Bahar and Gun Deniz fields includes upgrading platforms and facilities for workovers and recompletions, drilling, waterfloods and exploration of other strata.
