We focus on capturing previously discovered but undeveloped international oil and gas fields with proven hydrocarbon reserves, which require further delineation or infrastructure, have current production or near-term production opportunities and frequently contain significant potential exploration upside. These fields are also commonly known as "greenfields".

We believe that many international greenfields prospects provide significantly lower risk profiles than traditional exploration programs and offer material value generation opportunities from the prospects’ size and scale upsides. Our management team has a proven track record with worldwide established energy companies and the expertise to prospect and further develop greenfields viable opportunities.

In developing greenfields opportunities, we strive to create significant shareholder value by maximizing operational efficiencies while keeping lower below ground risk.
