He is currently a Director of Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd., PetroPhoenix Resources Corp., PetroPhoenix Oil Corp. and PetroPhoenix Capital Corp. Mr. Harkins holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Rasul Gafarov Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since November 1, 2020. He is also Chief Financial and Support Services Officer of Bahar Energy Operating Company Limited and Finance Manager of Bahar Energy Limited. Has over 20 years of experience as financial expert in oil and gas industry. He holds an IFRS diploma from an ACCA since 2009.

Ahmadiyya Musayev General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary General Counsel, Chief Compliance Office and Corporate Secretary of the Company since 12 December 2021. Member of the Board of Directors of Bahar Energy Limited and Bahar Energy Operating Company Limited- Dubai affiliates of the Company since 01 February 2022. He is also a Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer of the Representative Office of Bahar Energy Operating Company Limited in Azerbaijan working there since 14 February 2011. Prior thereto Tax Consultant at PWC, Assistant Resident Legal Advisor at US Embassy in Azerbaijan and Legal Adviser in Bp Mr. Musayev holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from Khazar University (Baku, Azerbaijan) and Master of Laws degree (LLM) in International Oil and Gas Law and Policy from the University of Dundee (Scotland). He is also a Management Committee Member in Azerbaijan Ethics and Compliance Network.

Michael J. Hibberd B.A., M.B.A., LL.B. Non-Executive Chairman of the Board
Chairman and President of MJH Services Inc., a corporate finance advisory business established in 1995. Chairman of Canacol Energy Ltd., former Chairman of Heritage Oil Plc. and Heritage Oil Corporation, and Non-Executive Chairman of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. He is also Director of Montana Exploration Corp., PetroFrontier Corp. and Pan Orient Energy Corp., all public oil and gas exploration companies. Mr. Hibberd holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, and an L.L.B. from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Hibberd is also a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
